FRRO Chennai: Address and timings for visa registration and extension

FRRO Chennai accepts application in the morning from 9:30 AM to 1 PM. The fee for late registration or visa extension can be paid only by demand draft in favor of “DDO, Bureau of Immigration, Chennai”.

The applicants have to first take an appointment by visiting the Government of India website at http://indianfrro.gov.in/frro/, and then visit the FRRO at the appointed date. FRRO Chennai will not entertain anyone without an online appointment.
